Refunds may be granted when:
- The order is not delivered.
- A duplicate payment occurs.
- The order is canceled by Prime Dely or the merchant.
- A verified material service failure occurs.
Refund Conditions:
- Refunds are processed according to the customer's payment provider timelines.
- Prime Dely may reject refund requests if fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms is suspected.
- Delivery fees and related charges may be non-refundable if delivery fails due to the customer's actions (incorrect address, unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, etc.).
